Changes I Can Feel!

I haven't blogged in a while but here it goes. I have had a couple of rough weeks that have turned into a couple of bad months for weight loss. Been thrown a few personal curve balls my way and I believe I have overcome most of them.
Some of the issues I can share are internet service not working as well as it should. My debilitating headaches seem to get worse as the weather changes. Ouch!! Also my stress level was high for a while there not allowing my body to lose any weight.
What can I say, it happens. But enough about why I couldn't continue my journey the way I should have. I'd like to talk about all the changes I have made in the last couple of weeks.
First, I began exercising for ten minutes again!!WooHoo!
Also, I have lost about three pounds in two weeks, which is major for me.
I have been able to deal with my stress in many ways. One of them is through sparkpeople. Thanks to all of you. Throughout this journey I have learned so much about my sparkfriends that I really feel at home in this community. I absolutely rejoice in reading about everyone's journey and hearing their successes. I am truly proud of all of them however big or small their accomplishments.
I have also noticed that I am able to breathe easier and can get dressed without feeling the tightness in my chest or wheezing.
I can actually visualize myself as healthier and happier. I believe in myself much more than ever before..
I am able to accept when circumstances just won't allow me to work out or spark and allow myself a rest day.
I am back on track and I can do this. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement, kindness, and motivation. May you all get it all back one hundred times over..
P.S. I am sincerely happy that I can write about all the " I can, I am able and I believe' instead of all the I cannots : )
