That's right, that's what I need. I've been having a very hard time with my eating lately and SWEETNSKINY suggested that I start blogging my food. I think it's a great idea! So, here I am, blogging again. I was embarrassed because it's been so long, but, I know my spark friends would love me any way.

Before my run this morning, I had a rice cake with a tsp of apple spread. I can't eat anything major before I run. Too much on the stomach. After my 7.3 mile run (took me 71 minutes!), I had a weight watcher smoothie with a cup of milk, banana & tbl of better then peanut. Oh so yummy!! As I was running an errand, I realized that I never put dinner in the crockpot. There went my errands. Ran home and put it together. Then, it was time to go to my DD class to help out. On my way, ran into Subway: 6 in turkey, provolone, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, mustard on whole wheat. Got 2 cookies for DD and her friend. Didn't want the baked chips! It was so fun working in my DD's classroom. Ran an errand before getting my son. Came home and another errand to run! I feel like I"m never home.

I had some almonds and drinking my water. Tonight, I have my once a month bingo. A little nervous because the food is always not too healthy. I'm going to bring some healthy snacks for myself just in case. OH, and on the way, I'm popping into Starbuck's and getting my non-fat, decaf misto with sugar free vanilla. YUMMY! Love that drink.

Wish me luck tonight (on winning and eating!) I will all let you know how it all goes. Now, to go clean my DD room before I leave.

Until tomorrow-
~Chana~
