Week 3

Well, I'm into my 3rd week since joining SparkPeople. I notice my clothes feel and fit better, that's encouraging. Doing pretty good reaching calorie, fat, carbs and protien goals. Having a harder time getting into the "habit" of exercising. Been kinda tired this week cause my CPAP machine quit working. Gonna be another week before that's fixed. Maybe then the exercising will come a little easier. Three pounds lost during the first two weeks though. Still have a long way to go but I'm committed to doing this.

    Well, 3 pounds is 3 pounds! And I can see why it might be harder to do exercise if you aren't getting enough rest from not enough oxygen!
