October 25th with Photos

Well, it's been both a good day and bad day.

It's been a good day because I got a phone call today that made me want to celebrate and cheer. Because of a friend, I got a phone call from someone I don't even know and was asked to do photos for her wedding on New Year's Day. :) The contract has been sent out and the deposit will be in the mail by the end of the week. YAY! I love that my photography seems to be headed in the right direction, especially with the economy taking a toll on so many people.

I also managed to get some editing done the first part of the day... it wasn't as much as I hoped for, but I've run into some delays. Here's a few for you to see:

This was the necklace the Bride received as a gift to wear on her Wedding Day.

These were all of the bouquets and the Flower Girl's basket together. I really wasn't sure how it was going to look with so many different colors. I do know, however, that the different colors have made some great photos!

This is my friend, Alicia, otherwise known as the Bride!

So the bad today has come by way of TOM. :( That means I've felt miserable for the majority of the day. Somehow I've managed to push through and have completed more than 30 minutes of cardio - and I'm not stopping yet. Plus I forced myself to take the kids to Trunk or Treat at the library tonight. I hate that my weigh-in is likely going to be thrown off tomorrow, but I'll make it up next week!

Great photos Jamie. You are so talented. Glad to see your business is taking off! Don't forget the little peeps when you are rich and famous.

Have a great Hump Day lady. BTW, I did get your spark message and it is all good. I will take this as my challenge to push myself...no whimping out for me.
