41 Days to win $1,200!!!

41 days from today the contest at my gym to lose the most body fat ends.
Everyone paid $20 to enter and the winner takes home the $1,200 pot which I could really use, especially around the holidays!
I have never focused on losing body fat before so this is a new challenge for me. My plans include:
1. increase strength training
2. decrease simple carbs (no pasta, minimal non-whole grain breads)
3. increase water
4. get at least 7+ hours of sleep each night
Today I made a countdown on post-it notes and every day I will remove a note to keep myself motivated and accountable!
Any other TIPS or TRICKS that you can share about how to decrease my body fat %????
....Both myself and my wallet would really appreciate it!
