I know it's not unusual to not loose weight over a 3 day period. I get that. But after several days running of loosing weight and feeling great about it I seem to have stalled.
Oh I know I know, the huge losses were never going to last. And to loose as much as I have this week is a thrilling situation given how terrible I was feeling about myself. But I can't help but feel a little disappointed that the looses didn't continue as they had.
I remember about 6 months ago when I was having the same problem, I came to the conclusion that it was because I wasn't eating enough for my body to handle loosing weight. I added a few hundred calories to my diet and lost quite a bit of weight rather quickly. Not as much as I'd have liked but it was a good step in the right direction.
So tonight I had a slightly calorie heavy meal, but I'm hoping that my body appreciates the change and is ok with it. If it does help I'll probably look to making my lunches a bit more substantial and see how that goes for me. I just want to get back to the weight that I was! And being only 3-ish kilos off that is frustrating me. But I have to remember, I'm a hell of a lot closer than I was 2 weeks ago :D
