Why, Hey there!

It's been a looooong time since I've blogged or even been on SparkPeople. Major changes happened last year (around this time) and I lost the weight I wanted to, made some new goals (unrelated to health), and lost my motivation for SparkPeople. However, I still lack good habits (like a daily workout) and really want health, as well as all the other wonderful things in my life!

I'm going to try again. I'm going to add fruits and veggies in again, start working out again, and drown myself in 8 cups of water again!
