Challenges

Monday, October 24, 2011

I have been slacking because I let myself take on too much as usual. I was concentrating so hard on accomplishing all the goals my teams had set that I got overwhelmed and quit. Well I still walked and tried to eat bettter but pretty much avoided the spark and other things. But basically took a vacation from my healthy lifestyle.

So on this break I discovered you do not really need a break from a healthy lifestyle but you do need to listen to your body and mind. I have chosen two teams to concentrate on the challenges. I am going to try blogging at least once a week. And I am hoping to connect with my team members and get some morale up again.

I felt more guilty taking this break than any cheating or skipping a challenge. So I was on the flip side of guilt. What is it about us humans and guilt.

That is something I intend to work on this time.

Have a good week all....

Glad you joined in the weekly challenge, which is really just a way to stay accountable to yourself.
Create your own mini goals, make it yours and it becomes a simple and fast way to stay accountable. No guilt is served with this challenge! Just do what is best for you and the rest of us will do the same.
Wishing you a great week, see you on the thread,
    Nina
