I have been slacking because I let myself take on too much as usual. I was concentrating so hard on accomplishing all the goals my teams had set that I got overwhelmed and quit. Well I still walked and tried to eat bettter but pretty much avoided the spark and other things. But basically took a vacation from my healthy lifestyle.
So on this break I discovered you do not really need a break from a healthy lifestyle but you do need to listen to your body and mind. I have chosen two teams to concentrate on the challenges. I am going to try blogging at least once a week. And I am hoping to connect with my team members and get some morale up again.
I felt more guilty taking this break than any cheating or skipping a challenge. So I was on the flip side of guilt. What is it about us humans and guilt.
That is something I intend to work on this time.
