Wow, you mean exercise really works?

So I've had a couple of hard weeks ... well, one really hard week and one not-great not-bad week of recovery. I'm finally back on track, after two great workouts Sat and Sun, supplemented by good eating (and laying off the booze!).
So after two weeks of the scale teetering between 196-200, I finally got down to 195. Who would have thought one pound would feel this good?
I can't let work get so busy that I forget about my commitment to my health. It was working insane hours that got me so unhealthy to begin with.
I have yet to really commit to exercise the way I need to -- wow, how much weight could I lose once I really make exercise part of my life, 5 times a week? The thought blows my mind.
