Weighed the same as last week.
I took my lunch for work all five days. I have cut back on the snack attacks at work a bit more, but still succumb now and then.
I have been doing some de-cluttering at home.
Last week's goals for the week ---
Make up a batch of soup to take for lunch -- Did this
Take some carrots, celery, apples for snacks -- Did this
Continue getting my 8+ glasses of water a day -- Did this
Make an appointment for an eye check -- Not only did this, I got in right away. Eyes are okay, need new glasses.
Continue de-cluttering project -- Still working on this.
Next week's goals
More core work, more cardio (it won't take much to get more...)
Keep taking healthy snacks to work.
Keep taking decent lunches to work.
Continue de-cluttering (It's going to take a while...)
Spent three hours today on yard work -- probably too little, too late for this fall, but things look somewhat better.
