I went to the gym this morning. Did 30 minutes on the bike, and it really was tough! I cant believe how bad it was. But, I did it! So, thats the first step. I plan on going tomorrow after work. I also plan on doing stairs instead of elevators/escalators throughout the day. I take the subway to work, so that is up and down 3 flights of stairs a day, better than nothing. In addition to my gym workouts. I need to get my heart healthy. I havent been diagnosed with anything yet, but I know if I dont make any changes now I will get something down the road. Which I dont want to go through. Before I turn 30 (3.5 years) I want to be healthy, all around.

Thats it for now. Going food shopping today to get some healthy snacks for work and stuff this week. I may also go for a walk later on since it is beautiful out.
