BLC #12 Challenges - Week One

Non Scale Measurements:
Inches have been taken and posted in another blog prior to this one. I am fitting into size 20 pants and my 3xl t-shirts are fitting loosely yet comfortably. Race for the cure 5K is my fitness scaler. 3.1 miles in 1 hour and about 7 minutes...which means that I am doing 21.61 minute mile.

Water:
All I drink is water so I get at least the 8 glasses or more a day. No worries there.

Letter to myself 8 weeks from now...
Hey You!!! :)

I am sure that the journey to this point hasn't been the easiest as I sit here writing this letter it is slightly debatable as to whether we can reach our goal or not. Ahhh...don't get upset I said it was debatable not insurmountable. We can so get there it just won't be easy or always comfortable but we will loose that 24 or so pounds that we set out to loose. I hope you have been able to gain consistency and the belief in your ability to make it through regardless of the struggles. I can't say that right at this moment that I am where I want to be, but I trust that you and I have brought us to our goal and have lit a fire under our @$$ to get it moving and back on track.

Lots of love though some times I don't always show it.

Pumpkin Weekend Challenge (Th-Sun):
Sweat: Not much a measly 60 minutes this week

Track: Didn't track. Not just cause I ate bad stuff, but I haven't been in the writing it all down mood...hopefully tomorrow I will get back at it after the 3 month hiatus.
So there went the challenges for this
