Days 3 to 5

Well days 3 through 5 were ok but not great! I am really having a hard time with feeling hungry and getting cranky. Not a great thing when I am supposed to teach 3 yr olds all day long. I am going to start running again so that I can expend some calories that way and not have to cut calories quite as much. I think that will help plus I think it will help my overall mood. I want to do a 5K run in December so this will be good to have a goal to work towards. Giving myself some grace and not focusing on the calories so much. Running will help emoticon
