I¡¯ll take it.
Week in review: I did go over my calorie range twice this week, once being yesterday. I also struggled with getting up early to exercise. Getting out of bed is really hard. I just don¡¯t want to do it. I¡¯m working on that.
I didn¡¯t make any goals for this week which was silly of me. Goals are good. It gives you something to work towards other than that number that is your goal. If that was all I was focused on I would get depressed as that is more than a hundred pounds away. My goals for this next week are:
¢¾To stick to my calorie range
¢¾To complete week 3 of my 5k Your Way walking program
¢¾To get out of bed without hitting the snooze button
