Next week goal.

My goal for next week is the following:

Follow the minimum of my calorie intake suggested (1250-1300) until Wednesday , and then on Thursday (which is my usual "cheat" day) I won't go above 1800 which is my maximum calorie range.

The past two weeks I've been going much lower than my minimum calorie range during weekdays, and then on Thursday (my weekend) I'd BINGE.
First Thursday it was a 5000 calorie binge, Thursday after that it became 2000. This Thursday I would eat as my nutrition tracker instructs me to!

    I am doing great so far.. 4 days to go!

    It's always hard for me to keep myself from extremes. Whether it's eating too little or too much!
    I want to learn to become a normal eater, eating for my age and needs.

    Thank you again.. Encouragement gets me going big time.

    wishing u loads of luck towards ur goals!!!!!!! its so easy to reach for a snack which turns into ur calories for the entire day, but who feels good after that?? i can totally relate and have been there. one day at a time :) we CAN do it!
