This week Food Tracking is getting easier!

This week I am on a role with tracking my food, although it is quite difficult to eat healthy when you are in desperate need of a grocery store. I am always looking for good, family friendly, yet lower calorie dinner recipes.
Drinking enough water is also becoming easier. I try to keep a bottle of water close by at all times. What strategies do you use to make sure you are getting your water in?
So far I haven't got in much excercise. I am off work today and tomorrow, so I plan on taking advantage of my time off to get to the gym both days and tackling some housework. I am also hoping to make a Saturday morning trip to the gym, or maybe even just go for a walk/jog around the neighborhood depending on the weather. I am having a hard time with strength training. What strength routines are you doing?
As long as I can get my workouts in as planned, looks like I will be meeting all of my weekly goals again this week. Time to visit my sparkteams.
