...and now I'm down for the count, again.

I'm sick of being sick. I did so well, last week, but this week isn't going to be a good workout week.

I went to bed nauseated and with a migraine on Sunday night, and had a lot of trouble waking up on Monday. I couldn't wake up, most of the day, so I left work early, came home, and slept for 4 hours. (I was only going to sleep for an hour).

Yesterday, I was ok, but around 2 this morning, I woke up cold, and ended up getting really chilled, shaking a lot. I got into the shower to warm up, and it took a while. I was achy all over.

I didn't find a thermometer until about 6:30 this morning, and I had a fever. Went to the doc, and he had blood drawn to check my blood count. That was good, so the doc thinks it's viral.

    Take good care of yourself, and DO NOT BERATE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU CAN'T WORK OUT! I know you are psyched to be back on track, but yer gonna have to be kind to your sick body, and roll with this one. Feel better fast!!!!
