Just a little word before i'm going to bed.. Still haven't go to the gym, getting a little depressed here. Tomorrow i'm off work and it's gonna be my only day off for another week, sigh. I'm gonna work day shifts though maybe it's gonna be easyier. I'm thinking maybe I should try working day shifts in november.. it seems easyier to have a healthy life, by comparaison with evening shifts.. Gives me some time to work out and cook and prepare for the next day, my sleep seems better too and I actually have some time to chill before bedtime.
I'll have a good whole week of serious gym before i'm going on a scale again, i'm telling you that :)
