I'm a behavior professional by day, which means I should be more aware of what I do and why, right? Even though I work primarily with animals, all behavior is behavior, and I'm very aware of what conditions our behavior.

Brilliant blog - I have just wrote about the next step in conditioning - becoming proactive rather than reactive. You create a menu rather than a food diary.

Good luck with reaching your goals and wishing you a wonderful day.
