We've got this! All that matters is that you realize you need to get back on track. We've been in the same boat and it's funny we've been going through it at the same time :) Your Barney comment made me literally laugh out loud - I bet you were rocking that dress!

The doctors and nurses can be frustrating. My best friend is going through the same with her doctor about her thyroid. You know your body better than anyone and you know you're making progress - if you're maintaining your sugar in the proper range then you don't need your pills. Sounds like your health is improving and you're on track.

I'm proud of how far you've come!

Girl I was rooting you on when you said that 16 fit, didn't that feel great. And you're hilarious for 2 reasons:

    1. talkin bout that rocky road ice cream was "gOO-ooD"...LMBOOOOO!
    2. talkin bout "what, they had a doctors convention talkin bout we need to put more more people on pills?" (seriously, I laughed OUT loud!)

My fave thing to do is try clothes on as motivation, it makes you realize how close you are to your goals and work harder to get there!!

About the meds, my doc put me on blood pressure medicine. And for a while I followed it...but then I did my own thing as well and got determined to eat healthy and exercise. The next time I went to the doctor I confessed I had not taken my pills in months and my pressure was normal. She said my levels were great and I didn't need to take them anymore! So just keep working hard and do you, just stay healthy girlie!!!!
