On the 20th it will be one month since I started this journey, and I've went from 259 to 241! I've had a few setbacks , as you all know because I blog about them....however I am very pleased with the weight I am losing and I am starting to feel much better. Four pounds this last week lost, the week before none, so I'll take the four pound loss and feel good about it.
Kyles Birthday party over the weekend turned out very nice, of course there were chips and other junk however as advised from you friends, I took along with me a fresh fruit bowl filled with watermelon and grapes that everyone enjoyed! I limited myself to one grilled hamburger patty a very small serving of potato salad, about four bites, My best girlfriend Barb made it and I knew I wasnt going to be able to resist it, she makes the best!!! but I was careful about it. Instead of cake I enjoyed the fruit that I had brought and it worked out fine. So thank you for all your encouragement!
My dieting is going good, my exercise not so good, I'm getting lower back aches from them, so I do do them, its just owie afterwards.
Is there anyone on here doing the weight watcher diet plan?? What do you think about it??
I had a Drs, appointment last Wednesday and she said she would much prefer me following the weight watcher diet. Right now I'm on two veggies and a lean meat, excluding starches all together (cept when I'm weak) which has been twice......I cant remember why she told me this, something about my trigliserites or something like that...lol
I didnt eat any cake but my Grandson Kyle sure enjoyed his piece!
