Down 7lbs on Weight Watchers

I'm down 7lbs on Weight Watchers... and for the first time in a long time, I don't think I will gain it back. It took me a month and a half to lose this, but if it's for good it is SOOOOOOOO worth it.

The meetings are helping me so much. By the end of the week, I get discouraged. Then the meetings help pick me up and start a new week all over again.

I'm also keeping up with my weight training and cardio, but since the flood I haven't been jogging. I was up to 1.9 miles before the flood. Time to get my butt back on the treadmill!

    Great news! Treadmill will make it even BETTER!
