Angiepe - I do feel MUCH better after a work out although I still find myself dreading them before I go to the gym. I do feel lazy before I go to the gym and then feel like I could do anything after working out. I have to keep reminding myself of that good feeling I get from working out so I don't let my lazy side win!
Startshine - I'm glad I could encourage you. I know we all need all the motivation we can get. For me it is easier to workout at the gym. When I have tried doing exercise at home I always find a reason to stop early or not start at all. However, when I have a set time to go the gym I stick to it. And once I'm there the only thing I can do is work out since there aren't all the distractions of home. Also, we don't have a lot of extra cash around here so it makes me remember to use the membership even more since I'll be paying for it if I go or not. 2975 days ago
