Back up that pound. No excuses, just bad eating. Not really bad, just portions that are too big...
I managed to pack my lunch for work four days out of five. I have cut back on the snack attacks at work, but still succumb now and then.
I have been doing some de-cluttering at home.
Goal for next week --
Make up a batch of soup to take for lunch.
Take some carrots, celery, apples for snacks.
Continue getting my 8+ glasses of water a day.
Make an appointment for an eye check.
Continue de-cluttering project.
