I love to hear from fellow SP and make new friends!

I have been traking food and what little exercise I am doing, so yay me! I just have to start eating more healthy, and I hope to slowly incorporate that in this week.

How are you other 'newbies' doing so far?

    I still consider myself a "Newbie" even though I have been doing this for about three months. The key to everything is to track your food and to drink plenty of water.
