Goal Progress This Week

I REACHED ALL MY GOALS THIS WEEK!!!!!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!! I even found some time for me to take a bath and shave my legs......Workouts included 1 trip to the gym, 2 hour long softball games, and this mornings Autism walk (including a guestimated mile long walk each way to and from the car). Food was tracked Monday-Friday (and mostly within my ranges). Blogs written, sparkteams visited.......

Next week I am looking to exceed my weekly goals! Gotta keep the progress train moving...
