Err, Day One to Day Three

It's gonna take a while to get into blogging regularly, me thinks.
Day One wrapped up well. Day Two started early with some rowing, followed by ST and the squat challenge workout for the day. Work was actually productive and I managed to take a quick walk at lunch (to fetch a USB cable, but a walk *is* a walk).
Calories were going well until dinner; everything was yummy and healthy (salmon, red potatoes & eggplant) but a bit more than I really needed.
Today I rode the stationary bike for 55 minutes, will do my situp challenge workout momentarily. Pork loin is on the menu for tonight, so calories will be healthy and tasty.
