Stuck but not gaining

I seem to have been stuck all summer at the same wgt. Every once in a while I gain 5# but it is back off in a couple of weeks. I know I need to change things up but what I have been doing, kickboxing 3x a week and salads for lunch, watching fats and calories, has at least kept my wgt steady. Only gained on vacation or occasional weekend.
I need to find some new motivation. I have dropped 2 sizes, bought new clothes and pulled out ones I could not wear. I think I am getting complacent because I feel so much better than I did. But I need to cont.

    I too, am a 61 yr old "Mimi" to 2, and expecting our third April 2012. I have a LONG WAY TO GO, but am enjoying the "journey through SP!"
    I love that you ride BIKES, and want to go ZIP-LINE, you are an inspiration! I am not sure, I have the courage to do either, but I do exercise, track my foods, and work "my program" to the best of my ability. I have lost 33#'s since April, and right now, I am STUCK, but know it is temporary. So I will give you this advice.....BOTH OF US, SHOULD JUST KEEP WORKING IT, ENJOYING LIFE, LIVING IT TO THE FULLEST, AND LET OUR BODIES ADJUST AND WORK FOR US. I honestly believe, in this, I am not going to beat myself up, for the small "stuck" part, and hopefully the pounds will drop soon! Good luck to you, laugh, love, and live more often, and of course, KEEP SPARKING!
