Progress already! Squee!!!

I haven't been going off of a scale weight for my getting healthier, instead I'm measuring myself each week to see if there are changes. I've been working out for the last 3 weeks, and in those three weeks I averaged about 4-5 days a week of my regiment that I posted previously. Usually I measure on Fridays. I didn't get a chance to measure last week 'cause I was out of town, so I measured this week.
I've lost about a half inch in some areas, a whole inch in others! I'm totally excited and quite a bit shocked about this. However, I realized that if I'm already making progress without doing weekly cardio and doing better portion control, then once I begin to add those things in more things may happen more quickly. We don't want too quickly and I recognize that, but it may be quicker than I originally anticipated.
This pleases us greatly. It means that small changes are making a difference. Just have to keep at it :o)
