Perfection is not Possible
So please don't ever stress.
More importantly you should focus on
always doing your best.
Take every day as a new beginning
and focus on yourself
'Cause everyday that you succeed
you are improving your health.
You may have days that you eat to much
or don't make it to the gym
Dust yourself off and get back up
because tomorrow you can begin again.
Set reachable goals
and Keep your motivation high
can touch the sky
Perfection is not possible
So don't let your flaws get you down
just do your best everday
and your confidence will be found
*Today I have had a revelation that I may never have a flat stomach (after 3 c-sections) or look exactly how I would like, but I can't let my flaws dictate who I am or even let them affect how I live my life. Just because perfection can not be reached, does not mean I shouldn't put my full effort into everything I do. If I say I am going to do it, then I will do it. I may not reach my goals tomorrow, next week, or even next month but as long as I stick to it and keep my motivation high my success will show in the end!
