I'm so glad its Friday.!!! I have my food prepared and the workout I will do for the day.
B- Protein Shake
Mid-1/2c Tuna
Lunch- 2 Tilapia & Yams
Mid-1/2 c Tuna
Dinner-Protein Shake & Small Salad( veggie only)
Workout- Upper Body Weights& Zumba (of course)
Water intake - fill my 60 oz jug :)
HAVE a GREAT Friday !!!
Weekend for me--
Saturaday 5K walk/Race for A Cure(AM) Taebo(pm)
Sunday- (AM) restart the Couch to 5k program) W1D1
*lots of water and protein!!!
