So I have been on this page for about a month and it definitely a challenge! I am very motivated with all the testimonies! My biggest challenge is planning my lunches. I work construction and it is very easy to bring a lunch and leave it in your bag because you see something more appetizing. LOL! How fat is that? Last weekend i took time out to kinda pre plan my meals and snacks. I found that I was less likely to change breakfast, snacks and dinner. Not bad, 3 out of 4 meals! Today I just recieved the spark cookbook and the 28 day breakthrough plan! Looking forward to the challenges on the breakthrough and the meal planning! Here goes nothing! I will keep yall posted on my progress!
