I really don't like that word, 'jogging'. 'Running' sounds so much better to me; it's much more vibrant and exciting! But alas, I am not a runner yet. The simple fact that I've progressed to 'jogger' from 'shuffler' is enough to get me out here blogging, though - so yes, I'll shout out about being a 'Jogger'! One thing at a time, girl!

Ever since last Tuesday when I finished W4D1 and had that big rush of emotions, I've just been training without ANY drama; just doing it. And I love that! Today was a new high, though - I think I finally let go of something, and it felt incredible!

The moment I want to remember was so peaceful: for just a minute, I let go of everything in my mind: all the random thoughts, doubts, noise... I just jogged. It was beautiful and I want it again! Now I have something new to run toward. emoticon emoticon

The fitness tracker has the nerve to call it all jogging ( in parentheses) even if we were able to do a 6 min per mile pace! It's all about how it makes you feel, healthwise and mentally! Enjoy your runs! emoticon

I don't like the word "jogging" either... it makes it seem like I'm not working hard. Hey, if I'm working hard, then it's running; speed doesn't matter.

LOL! "Shuffler"... I think I'm right between that and jogger. Way to go!! Just imagine when you become a RUNNER! I'm so excited for you! That's a great feeling to have, pure bliss. Hope you keep reaching it every time you jog and/or run!

Sounds awesome. I am not a runner or jogger but you almost make me want to start. Great job!

I LOVE THIS! No shame in being a jogger! I just started out on the running journey myself and would not call myself a "runner" yet but working on it! Someday!
