Breakfast- 1/2 c tuna---check
Mid- Strawberries w/ honey 1 cup---check
Lunch- Tuna 1/2 cup
Mid -- 2 slices of ham w/ 1 slice of cheese
Dinner- sauteed tiliapia 1 1/2 fillets, sweet potato fries, zuchini squash
Water- 70 + oz
Workout-- Lower body Weights & Zumba . 1.30hrs
