WELL, FORGET ABOUT IT!!

We are living HERE and NOW in REALITY! But does that mean we can’t have a “happily ever after ending”? We sure CAN! At least when it comes to our weight loss journey!!

It isn’t always easy. Hey, those fairy tale characters didn’t always have it easy either! They DID get their happily ever after, though. And WE CAN TOO!

How? Well, in this FAIRY TALE CHALLENGE… YOU CAN MAKE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DREAMS COME TRUE!!

Pinocchio: Be HONEST with yourself! Face up to your weaknesses, the lies you tell yourself, the fudging you may have done in this journey. Journal or blog to earn 10 pts.

Snow White: No unhealthy snacks! Don’t you eat that poisoned apple! You know which one that is in your life! Give it up and earn 10 pts.

Sleeping Beauty: A nice healthy sleep is just what your body needs: not too little… not too much. Get 7-9 hours for 10 pts.

Rapunzel: Let your hair down and do something FUN for YOU. 10 pts.

Cinderella: Get off your booty and go to the BALL! 10 pts if you get a minimum of 30 min cardio.

Alice In Wonderland: Drink to Shrink. Eat to Grow. 10 pts for getting 8 or more glasses of water + 10 pts for eating in Range

Mulan’s Training Camp is where she got STRONG to be a soldier…. If YOU strength train give yourself 10 pts.

Max daily possible points = 80

That is IT! Easy right!!! Follow Peter Pan and you CAN FLY!!!
