HIGH STRESS and illness.

Wednesday, October 12, 2011

I am so stressed I have "activated" my hypoglemia. I had the shakes at work.
Funny, Hubby had another hernia hole POP through Monday.
Tuesday I had to work with time constaraints all day!!!! HATE THAT!
Wednesday was a deadline for financial paperwork due.
No exercise in 2 days, so I did 2 23 minute walks on uneven ground
and Wii hula, and different step exercises for 40 min.
I had 900 calories for lunch and breakfast. It was the time issue not the food. I had a 6 hour gap.
NOw I am coughing, haave a headache, sinus pain, and EVERY MUSCLE in my body hurts!! Sick?? Stress??
Let you know tomorrow,,,PLease!!! let it be better!!!

Get some rest, whenever you can squeeze it in. When it all gets to you at work, sit for a moment close your eyes with your hands in your lap, breathe slowly and clear your mind--or picture yourself floating on a cloud--for about 2 minutes. Works wonders. emoticon

I live a high stress live and usually work things through. I know how dangerous stress is and have learned to let go. but 3 days of this kind of pressure is not good for anyone!! I am but it is taking time to relax and move on.

Try to calm down. I was so stressed a few years ago that I developed a huge tumor and needed surgery! Stress is a killer!
