I have made a great start to reaching my weekly October goals!!

I have already tracked 3 days worth of food intake, gotten 8 cups of water in every day, tracked 1 gym workout & ran around outside with the kids I work with. This is blog 1 this week (only 1 more to go!). I also huddled with my sparkteams, and even posted in one of my sparkteams.

Woo HOoo go me!! I can and will reach my goals this week. My motivation is high and Positivity is key!!!!

I hope all of my fellow sparkers are having amazing weeks as well...
