OOO Day 11 Recap and Goals For Day 12

My quiet day yesterday ended up being a lazy day. I didn't do my half mile. Felt kind of blah all day really. Been doing some thinking. I saw and read a few blogs in the last few days that has made me start thinking again about one particular goal I set a LONG time ago and I've basically been ignoring it. Need to do some digging through my brain and get it into gear. I'll go into more detail either in a vlog or another written blog, but I want to get my thoughts organized first.

Yesterday's Goals:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes - emoticon
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
Stay within calorie range
No snacking after dinner - emoticon

Goals For Wednesday, October 12:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Strength Train
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
Laundry - Don't let it sit forever in the dryer or basket before folding and putting away.
Watch Biggest Loser on stability ball (if it's on demand yet)
Read a portion of the Get Out Of Your Mind And Into Your Life book (part of what I'll talk about later)
Read and underline answers for a chapter of another book
Update WorkPress blog!!!
Stay within calorie range
No snacking after dinner
