Feeling the Change

Well, yesterday was hard by the end of the day I was STARVING.
I didn't fall to temptations. I had a big salad for dinner and went to the gym. I really had a blast in Zumba class. 1 hr of Party!!! before I did Zumba I did upperbody weights. This morning got on the scales and it was lower.

I don't feel bloated and heavy anymore emoticon.
I really feel great!!! Little low on energy though but that will change by the time I have more of my food. I had to wake earlier to prepare my meals b/c had to do my little one Hair. Today will be a great day.. I anticipate that if I follow my lapband rules, water, exercise. I will be out of the 240s. I can't even believe I'm writing or even seeing that number.
I haven't seen that number in over a year. Crazy.
Any hoo, I know that with consistancy I will be back in the 220s soon. My last time seeing the 220s was June @ 227. I can do this.
Menu of the day.
Am- protein shake
mid am- mixed fruit (berries)w/raw honey, almonds and granola (1/2 c)
Lunch- Lean Ground Patty w/ sweet potato waffles and zuchini squash. (2c)
mid pm- mixed fruit (berries)w/raw honey, almonds and granola (1/2 c)
Dinner- Tilapia, Squash, Sweet Potato
-- =70- 100 oz of water
--- Workout( 30 mins of Body Pump and 1 hr of Zumba
