Loving this feeling!

I am loving my motivation! I love the feeling that I WANT to get up at 4:30 in the morning to work out. I love the feeling that even when I'm tired at 4:30 AM, I still don't go back to sleep, I still don't hesitate and turn off the alarm...I get up and get ready like it's my job! It's a great feeling! I love that I WANT to see the scale go down and I WANT to put in the effort to get it down. I love that I WANT to eat better and try harder to get to my goals.

All these feelings are great and make me love doing what I do. I love feeling this way and hope I can continue forever!

I got up this morning and did my running group! It was nice. LOTS of sprints and hills again. I'm telling you those hills are killer, but they are making me stronger than I ever though possible! It's a nice relief knowing that I am capable of so much and can keep pushing!

    That is awesome... I am am early morning workout person as well. I hit the gym about 5:00am or earlier depending on the workout. I have been doing this for more than 2 years... I feel you. Sounds like you have a good motivation group too - that always helps. We have a core crew at the gym that keeps me motivated as well. Keep up the hard work :)

    Love this!!!! I think your attitude is so awesome!! Way to go getting up that early. Me unfortunately is lacking in my will power department to not hit the snooze button or change my alarm time, but I think that has to do with my not going to sleep until 2 am. I am hoping that will change soon :) I really would rather be a morning person!!
