Cardio, Lower Body & Abs

Decided to pick back up my 10 minute trainer vids. I did the Cardio Lower Body & Abs circuits this morning. OMG I was dripping wet when I finished. It felt good though, but I know it's going to hurt in the morning. *shakes fist at DOMS*

I did some meal prep work last night. I cut up a bunch of fruit, put some chicken wings in a marinade, simmered some black beans in water, lime juice, and some make-shift Emeril Essence. I also made some mini frittatas with red onion, tomato, turkey bacon, and mexican blend shredded cheese.

I even sliced tomatoes for my boyfriend who has me impersonating a Subway sandwich artist. He even wants me to cut the sliced cheese into triangles. And they say kids are picky. Hmmph.

Anyway, enough of this randomness. I'm just checking in to keep myself accountable.

    @Gladius, the workout is definitely doable. I wouldn't call myself strong, so I do feel the workout. I sweat like crazy when I'm doing it. I have not done the diet plan, but I do try to control my portions. I bought this great portion control serving set from Bed, Bath and Beyond. It has made it easier for me to stop at just one serving. Hope some of that was helpful. Good luck on your journey!

    I just purchased this program have been exercising for many years.. very strong.. however lately bored. However, need to mix it up and time is not on my side as well. Do you find this workout do-able?
    Have you done or are you doing the diet plan as well? Your feedback would be good to me. Will I feel the workout? I am over weight, however I eat very well. Too well in that my issue is with portions. AGain, any input will help. Thank you..

    Being prepared is how you stay on track. You're doing a wonderful job. It's great that you have your boyfriend on board too, because it sure does make staying a track a helluva lot easier when you have a buddy system. Good on you!
