Cardio, Lower Body & Abs

Decided to pick back up my 10 minute trainer vids. I did the Cardio Lower Body & Abs circuits this morning. OMG I was dripping wet when I finished. It felt good though, but I know it's going to hurt in the morning. *shakes fist at DOMS*
I did some meal prep work last night. I cut up a bunch of fruit, put some chicken wings in a marinade, simmered some black beans in water, lime juice, and some make-shift Emeril Essence. I also made some mini frittatas with red onion, tomato, turkey bacon, and mexican blend shredded cheese.
I even sliced tomatoes for my boyfriend who has me impersonating a Subway sandwich artist. He even wants me to cut the sliced cheese into triangles. And they say kids are picky. Hmmph.
Anyway, enough of this randomness. I'm just checking in to keep myself accountable.
