Week 3 of the 5% Fall Challenge

Well, I am happy to say that I am making progress! I am so very thankful to MaryAnn for her advice which led to my decision to give it one more try.

I started at 122 and still trying to get back to 117 - yes I know, not a terrible weight but the clothes feel better with the extra few pounds gone.

Today I am in the middle of Week 3 and have managed to get below 119 - WooHoo! Haven't seen this weight in a while and yes! my pants feel and fit better.

My DH is still growing me fresh cucumbers and I sit and munch them all day long, lol. He picks them small and I eat them from end to end, skin and all! 900 grams is less than 130 calories! WooHoo! Free food!! I bought some baby carrots for when the cucumbers quit again :(

Still walking and biking - I keep forgetting to use the trampoline - I can read on the bike but not on the trampoline.

**no internet 2 days - so far no binges!! WooHoo!
