I'm so tired!

3 more hours until I get off work! Yesterday, I only got a few hours of sleep, although I laid down and tried to go back to sleep numerous times. I should be extremely tired when I get off work this morning, and hopefully, I will sleep really good today to make up for yesterday.

I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday with the dermotologist for some weird spots on my face, and then to my regular doctor later that day for the results of the CAT scan of my heart. Hope it turned out ok.

Been doing good on keeping my new goals:)
Although, I did overeat a couple of those days, but my goal was to track all my food and to eat 4-5 servings of vegetables and/or fruit a day. I don't think I said "stay within my range", but I will have to check on that. lol

    I so relate to the tired part. Hope all your appointments go well!
    And way to go on the servings. Why are fruits so important? I struggle to get 3 servings in...veggies, no problem, but's just a struggle.

    Hope you got some good sleep today. Because I have to be at work before 6 AM and I hate to go to bed early, I know I don't get enough sleep either. (I get up at 4:30) Hoping you will soon have a better schedule. DH went to the dermatologist today for a place on his ear. The doctor told him it was pre-cancerous, but it was caught early. He froze it along with a few age spots. Amazing how all that sun we got in our youth catches up with us later in life! Hope all goes well on your check up and your CAT results! Take care of yourself.

    I hate days like that - when I can't sleep. I OFTEN wake up at 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning and can NOT go back to sleep. I get a LOT of Bible studies done at that hour of the morning! LOL! I hope you got some good rest today... and stay on track ... AND in range! And I hope I stay in range too! I've had a problem with that myself this week... emoticon

    Sleep is an important part of 'staying with the plan'. Plenty of rest to allow the body to rebuild what we manage to wear down in our normal lifestyle. (what is normal?)

    Lots of fresh veggies and fruits in season. Time to turn to the root crops and winter squashes. YUMMO............

    Take care, my friend, we don't want you falling ill just at the peak of the season.

    I'm tired too, for the same reason - not enough sleep. Well, here is some for you emoticon It will help you to control you hunger and keep your energy up. Keep up on your water too... emoticon I'll be thinking of you today emoticon and sending one up for you emoticon

    Just remember it is one step at a time. If you sleep poorly all of the time you might want to do a sleep examination. I hope you are able to get some decent sleep.

    Your plan for eating is excellent. Recording everything you eat brings awareness, awareness will show you where you weak points are so you can work on them.

    I hope everything goes well with your dermatologist and your CAT scan.
