Chalean Extreme (CLX) - a love hate relationship

I have been doing a lot of walking & mixing in some of my favorite workouts...Hip Hop abs, Turbo Fire, 10 Minute Trainer...(more walking than anything else because of this beautiful fall weather we are having).
I wanted to start up a strength training work out & started CLX on Wednesday, October 5. Boy am I feeling this program, she (Chalene) is doing an excellent job of motivating me & pushing me past what I thought were my limits. I am lifting heavier than I thought was ever possible & feeling energized!
I know this program is going to accelerate my weight loss results & I am really excited. Come & join me!
