Chalean Extreme (CLX) - a love hate relationship

I have been doing a lot of walking & mixing in some of my favorite workouts...Hip Hop abs, Turbo Fire, 10 Minute Trainer...(more walking than anything else because of this beautiful fall weather we are having).

I wanted to start up a strength training work out & started CLX on Wednesday, October 5. Boy am I feeling this program, she (Chalene) is doing an excellent job of motivating me & pushing me past what I thought were my limits. I am lifting heavier than I thought was ever possible & feeling energized!

I know this program is going to accelerate my weight loss results & I am really excited. Come & join me!

    I love Turbo Fire workouts but CLX is still new to me. I started it over two weeks ago but I'm still not a super fun. But I agree with you that Chalene really pushes you to work hard for your body!

    I am on my second round of CLX and I love to hate it. Lol. She pushes you to do more than you thought possible. You will grow to love doing this program and then you cannot wait until the next phase so you can see the results for that phase. Good luck!!!!!
