OOO Day 9 Recap and Goals for Day 10

Ah, Monday. No holiday in this house. Business as usual. Hope everyone has a great day off for those of you with a day off. Things here are going to be the usual routine. The first week on my "Operation Overhaul" went OK. I met most of my goals. Last Monday, I weighed myself and the scale said 144. Huh? That was like a 3 pound gain. Not sure if the scale was not balanced right or what. But I weighed myself this morning and it's back to 140.
I think the whole no snacking after dinner thing has been helping. I've been trying to limit snacking all day, but sometimes it's not possible. I get too hungry between lunch and dinner. Although, last night, I did have one twinkie. Not having any more of those though. I got my snack cake craving filled, so I'm good. I don't deprive myself. Nothing is off limits. I know twinkies are bad, but they're not taboo either.

No snacking after dinner - Nope

De-clog vacuum cleaner (I do this twice a year and it needs to happen)
