OOO Day 9 Recap and Goals for Day 10

Ah, Monday. No holiday in this house. Business as usual. Hope everyone has a great day off for those of you with a day off. Things here are going to be the usual routine. The first week on my "Operation Overhaul" went OK. I met most of my goals. Last Monday, I weighed myself and the scale said 144. Huh? That was like a 3 pound gain. Not sure if the scale was not balanced right or what. But I weighed myself this morning and it's back to 140.

I think the whole no snacking after dinner thing has been helping. I've been trying to limit snacking all day, but sometimes it's not possible. I get too hungry between lunch and dinner. Although, last night, I did have one twinkie. Not having any more of those though. I got my snack cake craving filled, so I'm good. I don't deprive myself. Nothing is off limits. I know twinkies are bad, but they're not taboo either.

Yesterday's goals:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes - emoticon
Elliptical for 1/2 mile - emoticon
Moisturize after shower - emoticon
Stay within calorie range - Nope
No snacking after dinner - Nope
Goals for Monday, October 10:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Strength Train
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
De-clog vacuum cleaner (I do this twice a year and it needs to happen)
Clean cat box
Stay within calorie range
No snacking after dinner

    Terrific job on your first week of October Operation Overhaul, Terri!! There were many, many goal-mets this past week and the result was a nice weigh-in, back to 140lbs.
    Keep up the great work - you accountability is paying off already!
