October Goals: Week 1 update

I met some of my weekly goals for October this week however, I fell short on some others.
~ This makes blog 2 for the week.
~ I huddled with my sparkteams this week
~ I got 2 out of my 3 workouts in for the week (unless you count house cleaning, then I got all 3)
~ I fell really short on my food tracking, and actually tracking my workouts (this is something I really need to get back into the habit of doing, any suggestions on how to make this easier are welcome).
~ Did not drink nearly enough water this week.
~ And so far, really haven't found much me time (this is going to be quite challenging considering I work full time and am a mom of 3 kids).
Next week I am going to have to kick it up a notch. I am going to hit the treadmill 3 times this week, to work on my training for my 5k. Gotta reach these goals!
Does anyone have any suggestions on ways to make meal planning easier?
