October is off to a pretty good start. I've been struggling this week to find the energy to do anything, but I've managed to pull through. The goals I've set for the month are:
- 5 days of cardio every week (at least 30 minutes each of those days)
- 4 days of strength training
- 8 glasses of water everyday
I'm off to a pretty good start. I've done strength training 4 of the last 5 days, and plan to get some done today as well. I've done cardio everyday, though I only did 20 minutes on one of the days. My water intake has been up and down, but I've still pushed through and gotten in a minimum of 8 glasses everyday. YAY!
I haven't uploaded pics from my camera yet so the current photos will have to wait another day. I actually have been on a hiatus from the computer most of the day so I could focus on getting some things done around the house. I've been slacking this week. LOL And now I'm on a laundry marathon - that I started late in the day - which means I'll get it all washed and dried tonight but folding is getting put off until tomorrow.
Okay, I'm off for now. It's almost time to start dinner and get the kids in the bath.
