Wow... I really bombed it the first days back to work... like bad. :/

I feel discouraged even though I didnt do as poorly today. But boy did I bomb it yesterday. I just stress ate for two days straight...

Well, here is to moving forward...

    Yup- all you can do is go forward from today and make those small decisions that add up to progress. No sense in dwelling on overeating in the past! Just try to avoid it in the future. Maybe try some other ways to destress- a bath, some yoga, or read a book maybe?
