Making Progress

Went to the gym for the first time in ages Wednesday night. It hurts to even breath! LOL Guess that is a good thing. It means that I was doing something right. I will going back tonight. Not looking forward to this.

My daughter is helping me with my workouts. She is very helpful. She pushes me, reminds me to hold my stomach in, to do 30 second sprints on the treadmill, encourages me, and many other things. I love working out with her. Hmmm, wonder if I will think that tonight. emoticon

Got on the scale this morning. I was another pound down. That is 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks. But I can't tell it. Not sure where that came from. Thinking that part of it was fluid.

Oh well, staying strong!
