OOO Day 6 Recap and Goals for Day 7

It's Friday! Been a bit of weird week, with aches and pains, and backs and lots of fast food. I think we had fast food for dinner 4 times? Wow. It is what it is though. My neck and upper back are feeling a lot better so I will do my strength training today. The chiropractor fixed my husband's hip, so he'll be going to work today, even though he's still sore.
I feel like I've been more productive since posting my goal list every morning, so that's a good thing. Here's my completed list for yesterday, and my goals for today.
Goals for Thursday, October 6:
Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes -
Sit on stability ball while watching Biggest Loser - Didn't watch it yet
Stay in calorie range - Nope, went over.
No snacking after dinner -

Stretch for 10 to 15 minutes
Strength Train
Elliptical for 1/2 mile
Clean Cat Box
Vacuum
Watch Biggest Loser on stability ball
Read and study a chapter in book for Monday
Squeeze in a vlog sometime
Update WordPress blog
Stay within calorie range
No snacking after dinner
